24 HOUR EMERGENCY FIREWATCH AND SECURITY GUARD SERVICES IN SAN JOSE AND CALIFORNIA
Jimmy Ventura started life with humble beginnings. Jimmy was born and raised in California and soon after birth, he settled in with his parents and siblings in Silicon Valley.
Early in life Jimmy suffered several major tragedies that would have a profound impact for the rest of his journey. First and at the early age of 3 years old, he suffered a lifetime injury to his right eye that caused vision impairment. At the age of 8, his father unexpectedly passed away leaving his mother and siblings behind and with little to no financial means of surviving. In a family of seven, Jimmy was the middle child.
Being forced to move and relocate in a gang infested area located in East San Jose, Jimmy understood early that there were only two ways to survive and that was to participate in local gangs or work your way out of the community. Obviously, he chose the later. At 8 years old, he held a paper route for 4 years and worked at 4am in the morning for 7 days in a row and never missed a day. There were no days off with food being limited. Jimmy decided to increase his earnings by taking a 2nd and third job while going to elementary school. Sweeping up parking lots at Winchell's donuts on the weekends and delivering for the Sun paper in the afternoons became a routine and part of his work ethics.
In his early teen years, Jimmy transferred to Santa Teresa High School on the first Magnet program for those wanting a better education. Although life was difficult with early morning commutes and late home arrivals, the desire to succeed was already hardwired in his thoughts. Excelling in Aikido, Boxing, Baseball and Wrestling gave Jim additional strength to keep moving forward in education and work. Jimmy used the work energy to help feed his mother and younger siblings until her death in 1995. Jimmy was the first of many to follow from graduating high school and further a college education. He continue to be a vital role in the family of siblings.
Jimmy, continued to excel and earn two majors in criminal justice and corrections. After being introduced and employed by the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department by his aunt Barbara Ponze a first time female and hispanic deputy in the county, Jimmy received his first understand of the criminal system and worked at the Elmwood Correctional Facility.
